Haviland Lake

Went camping again , but this time to Haviland Lake. It is a great little spot and not to far away.

Here is our little camping spot. This one had a nice picnic area and a tent site.

Love this shot of Em, don't know why, he just looks like he's contemplating life.

We went to the lake just to check it out. "Hey boys don't get wet"..... duh! they are boys. A few min. later Ay fell in and got his feet wet,Em was splashing around and got wet shoes, and O... well check out the next picture.......
he basically went swimming.

For dinner we made foil dinners. Meat and potatos with a little salt and pepper, so good.

and for dessert, apples in brown sugar and cinnamon.

So O was only eatting junk food and I was trying to keep the taffy away. I got mad because Greg kept leaving it on the table. So this is Greg pouting in the hammock while he sneaks his taffy.

Nothin' like a good bath when you are camping.

This little black bear was 3 sites away from ours. Em was totally freaking out when I told him there was a bear in the campground. Then I made him come with me to get a picture and he realized it wasnt the 12 ft Grizzly he had pictured in his head.

O had so much fun in the chairs, cracked me up.

Em wanted something to do so I told Em and Ay to go catch a chipmunk. They spent all morning in different spots, came close a couple of times but in the end, the chipmunks won.

I have never seen Em sit so long and so still before in my life. He gave it his best shot.

Then it was time to come home. Bye Haviland Lake, we will return!
