Spring Break part 2

We woke up and left Ruiodoso and headed to Alamogordo. We went to the Space History Musuem. This was a neat place, the boys loved it. It is fairly small but there is a lot of stuff in it. Ay being the space and jet nut, thought it was pretty "cool". You start at the 4th floor and work your way down. We were the 1st one's there so we felt like we had the place to ourselves. We got done with the inside part and went to look at the other stuff outside. About 4 min. after we got out, someone pulled the fire alarm and they had to evacuate the whole place. The boys would have freaked if we would have been inside. It made it a bit more exciting anyway.
For some reason I liked this photo. This is the view from one side.

The boys are running up to see the missiles and jets outside.

View from the 4th floor. O was ready to jump out the window and the other two didnt like getting close to the edge.
There was a Space Shuttle Flight Simulator where you could learn to land the Shuttle. Em ran off the end of the runway, Ay 1st flew off into the sunset and the 2nd time crashed, O and daddy landed safely. I was busy taking pictures and didnt even try.
Took this one for Gpa Churchill. They are pointing to the Raython sign for the Amraam missle. I thought it was the one behind them, but it was the one hanging above them (I'm a girl how was I suppose to know!!!geesh)
Love this one
Ay is ready for the exceleration/deceleration test.

After Alamogordo we went to White Sands. Beautiful day 71 degrees and no wind. Could have stayed there till May. It was so fun, I am definatly going back there. The boys became Jr. Rangers and got certificates and patches. They had to do these workbooks, we learned a lot about the sands and the plants and animals that live there.

Love this one of me and my little guy.

After White Sands we headed to Las Cruces. We ate at Carl's Jr. and they had the most amazing playground I have ever seen. It was the masions of all playlands. Not only that they have great burgers, so it was a win win situation.
