What a Christmas

Christmas 2009, was so much fun with my guys. We had a great time this year. I made Christmas Eve dinner (nothing to complex) and we hung out and exchanged gifts.
Here is a shot of my guys before the festivities.

This is the aftermath of the party. Could a room be messier?

This is my dad trying to figure out how to put together a toy... I love the look on his face.

I got to see a pretty red bow on a head for 2 min. Em was such a sport, and I love that it looks like he has on red heels to match. The heels belong to my sister.
Christmas Morning.
Nice clean and peaceful.
We had to wake up the boys at 8 or they probably would have slept all day.
This year was fun because we had a "suprise" Christmas. That meant the boys could not ask for anything, they didn't even write Santa a letter, all the gifts would be a suprise.
O figured out the whole present thing quite quickly. It was fun to see him try to figure out what the heck was going on all day. Here's a toy, OK don't play with it, here open this, K you can't play with this either, here's another toy. "What the heck why can't I just play with one things at a time, Geez people!" He was such a sport.
O got a cardboard box from his aunt Tennille (which he loved), a little people jungle, bath toys,
a little car carrier that plays music, and a light saber (which he likes to hit all of us with), a few cars and after all was said and done- he got a little overwhelmed.
LOVE Ay's hair in this shot. Great bedhead! Checkin out what Santa brought.
Ay got Legos, Cars, a pop up tent that is a Star Wars Clone War Comand Center, a Clone Wars Blaster Gun, a stocking full with 5 lbs of gumballs, Power Rangers, that's all I can think of.
Em couldn't wait to check out his loot.
He got books, Legos, Paper airplane books, a Light Saber, a Bionical, a stocking full of Rolo's, Cars, and his big present was a Nintendo DSi.
Love this shot of the boys and part of the mess.
This is a little dino that O got from his auntie ML, it came with a mommy dino, a jeep and a little strange man thing (what I mean is it is a figure with no face, no arms, just feet, body, head, Oh and it has a hat and a backpac) It is cute don't get me wrong and the only thing that matters is that O loved it. The baby dino goes pretty much everywhere, even church.
This is the mess of Christmas morning. It got worse through out the day because everything starts getting opened.
It got so messy that the boys moved to the kitchen table and then they moved to the dinning room. So there was mess in every room of the house.
Another shot of the mess, just because I can't stand my house to be dirty. At one point Greg said that he felt claustrophobic in the living room. I did to.

That is our Christmas story, hope it was worth your time. Love to all and

HAPPY NEW YEAR!
