Here is a bit more from my trip to Oklahoma. This is the cutie Joshua John Russell, such a fun "kid" (can I call him a kid, he's like 6 years younger than me?) Anyway, so loved taking a class with him and hope to take another with him in the future.
This is my teacher Karen Portaleo . She was so fun and such an amazing artist as well.
If you watch Food Network Challenge at all then you recognize this lady. This is THE Kerry Vincent. She is always a jugde on Challenge and is an amazing cake decorator.
This is Karen and Josh during their demo. They made this great Halloween Witch and I am kicking myself because I forgot to take a picture of the finished product.
Ok, so one of the divisions this year was called Red Carpet Shoes. They were great. Here are some of them.... remember that these are edible.

As I said before I took a 2 day cake sculpting class. This is what we made. I started with a peice of foam (instead of cake) a wooden dowel and a peice of wire.
