Easter 2011

This year I was lazy (ya right lazy, I wish!!) and we didn't dye eggs. Just didnt want to do it for some reason. Maybe it is because I (we) decided to paint our house. So I have been scraping and priming. We decided to do one wall at a time so it isnt so overwhelming. We got the front done and it looks so good. I will post photos soon (I hope). The painting of the house minimized the Easter festivitties, which in a way, is OK.

We had a brunch at the grandparents house on Sat. morning and had a HUGE Easter Egg Hunt. O had a great time, Ay was determined to get the most eggs and Em well.... He said he was too old for an egg hunt. Really too old!!?? My baby is growing up to fast. He said it was for the little kids, even though there was $$$ in some of the eggs he still passed it up. The my sister and I divided dinner for Easter Sunday and got together at her house. I forgot my camera so you will just have to take my word for it.

Easter morning- My neighbor is the Easter Bunny, she has been for the past 10 years. It is so fun to not know what will be on the back porch in the morning. This year there was not so much candy (which is great) mostly bubble gum and little toy stuff. I always put a little something on the table with a trail of grass out the back door. Then, the real stuff is outside. I love that she does it every year. I love that my neighbors love my boys.

Ay usually has the craziest hair in the morning. Today was so "normal" looking.

I found the boys playing with the plastic eggs, loved the look on O's face.
