HAPPY BIRTHDAY O!

Today O turned 1, I still can't believe that he has been in my life for a year. He is such a little character and smiles a lot of the time. He has got a great giggle and sure loves his brothers.

So what do get kids for thier birthday these days..... well a 4-wheeler of course. He's gotta fit in with the brothers and we found just the right one. He loves it.

For O's brithday cake I made Angel Food Cupcakes with whipped cream and 4 kinds of berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries.) I just realized that I wanted to get a photo of all the berries because they were so pretty and colorful but I forgot. O LOVED the berries, used the cupcake as a frisbee, but had 3 helpings of the berries.

Loved his dessert so much he licked his plate.... then threw it on the floor.

Present time. O got clothes, balloons, books, and a few toys. Aunt Katie got him some of his favorite things Fruity Cherrios, snack puffs, and the all important baby wipes.

Last weekend was River Fest and the highlight was the new Dancing Water Fountain. It was a very cold day but the boys were (are) crazy enough to get soaked. We have got to go back.

They also thought the Wennie Dog Races were fun. But the boys would have liked them better if they didn't talk so much between each race. After, we walked around, had hot dogs, turkey legs, corn, funnel cake and cotton candy. Oh my goodness that is a lot of junk food.

But we were there 2 times, once in the morning and then we went back in the afternoon,

so all was not consumed at once.
